Absolutely terrible design

Good luck working on this machine. To get to any simple part for the washer you have to disassemble the entire machine. Had a shock that needed to be replaced for the washer and you can't replace it. Terrible engineering
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible washer/dryer

This is a terrible machine. It broke after one year. Even when it was working it was super loud and because the drum was so small it couldn’t fit many clothes. The dryer takes 90 minutes or more to fully dry small loads.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
