Good Basic Equipment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this from All-Star Appliance in Waterbury at a price higher than I could have purchased on the internet. Service was a big priority and the guys did a great job with the delivery and would have completely installed it if my plumbing was ready to go.
I was using this equipment for about a month when if failed during a spin cycle. My retailer was there the next morning to confirm that a control panel needed replacing. They ordered one immediately and had it quickly installed after it arrived on backorder. The repair guy also fixed the dryer door that was hard to close; he fixed the latch and its fine now
Its been working excellent ever since.

Getting used to using it is an adjustment since the terms delicate and air dry imply that you are drying fragile items, yet they mean something very different when you are drying clothes that can shrink.
