Great for a small amount of people

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit about two months ago now. As long as you keep up on the laundry, this is a great unit. It is effective, I have a small closet space that is my laundry room. This unit fits nicely. I am able to wash a king size quilt in this, although it does take two 60 minute cycles to dry it. Which really isn't that bad.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Controls above the dryer are a bit of a stretch, they would be much better between washer and dryer.

Spin cycle leaves clothes wet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the washer/dryer combo since Oct. It is quiet and runs nicely. But the clothes don't spin out as well as my last washer. I sometimes have to run the dryer cycle twice and the clothes don't dry on the timed cycle I have to run them for at least 90 minutes to dry

Ideal fit for renovated laundry room

Not so hot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with machine! Sensor wash does not work and there is not a way to adjust water levels.
Small loads tub is full of water and a load of towels there is not enough water to cover the towels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed that a washer dryer combo was delivered to my house and the dryer wouldn’t work! So two weeks later they delivered another one! All smashed in on the top ( the delivery man told my wife he saw it come of the truck and new it was damaged. So we ordered a third one! Meanwhile my neighbor comes over looks at the original one and fixed it! If the factory would have tightened up the dryer door switch it would have worked ! So we went 4 weeks without a washer . Not good seems like a quality control issue. As far as the unit it’s great
