Side by side Bosch Freestanding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used this for over a month, and I must say looking at it I love it, like all counter depth, expect a smaller fridge but remember you getting more kitchen space infront. Functionally it serves the purpose, water and ice dispenser works perfectly so far. I have not checked the manual to see if the ice maker will stop making ice once the receptable inside the freezer is full. We dont use the ice, so remember to empty this out or everything inside may get frozen. Like cons I read from other users, the ice maker is loud at dumping the ice, and filling the water. But this is what Bosch can work on in the development. Yes, I recommnend this fridge. Love it

Nice Refrigerator

Bosch side by side

I bought a Bosch side by side and I am very diappointed in the product. The ice maker is so noisy, I can hear it in another room. When the ice is dispensed from the freezer out of the door, the ice ends up on the floor. There is nothing to direct the ice into a cup or glass. There is no drawer or bin for meats and cheeses. I've already had a service man out to my house to service the icemaker and he will be returning to replace the water valve. I would not purchase this same refrigerator again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loud Ice Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice refrigerator and works great, but the ice maker motor is very loud for a new model. We just installed a month or so ago and were quite surprised and a bit disappointed in how loud it is when it fills the ice tray.
