Good capacity but LOUD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good unit and fits lots of items and has good controls. My complaints would be that the ice maker shoots ice everywhere when used. Kim always picking ice up off the floor. Also the ice maker is ridiculously loud. Grinds , whits and valves opening and closing every hour until the ice container is filled. We can heard it running thru the night FROM A DIFFERENT FLOOR.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Functional not fancy

My new refrigerator maintains accurate temps. Although the icemaker makes a loud buzzing noise occasionally to move the ice, it makes plenty of ice and that is appreciated.
The shelves and drawers are adequate for all basic food items. Drawers move smoothly.
The exterior is maintenance free. So glad I don't have to use stainless steel polish to buff it shiny again.
The LED light inside is nice and bright.

Loving it

They just didn't have the aesthetics
And operationally it was noisy
The sounds were annoying !

Don't waste your money-repairs are an issue

3 years old and refrigerator side is not working. Bosch only has 3 appliance repair shops listed and I live near Philadelphia, not remote at all. Only 1 can schedule us and it is not for a month!

Bosch side-by-side fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] in 2011, I bought my first Bosch refrigerator, and I loved everything about it. So, 11 years later, I am renovating a different kitchen and wanted the same one. It has evolved a bit, but essentially it is the same wonderful counter-depth fridge. Beautiful and sleek. In 2011, Bosch offered several versions of this model (with single compressor, double compressor and various upgrades), and now they only offer one - with no mention of whether it's dual-compressor... I don't know whether it is actually Bosch or a Whirlpool-designed unit - but I like it a lot. Just like the previous one, it does make some odd gurgling noises, but overall it's quiet and a good value for quality side-by-side design, which is getting more rare.

Happy with my first Bosch appliance

It is sturdy and well organized to contain my refrigerated and frozen food and beverages. The ice and water dispensers work well too.
