First new refrigerator in 30 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first new refrigerator since my wife and I married, and our first side-by-side. Looks great, the outside-mounted temp control is a nice feature, the water filter is easy to deal with, the ice maker seems to make ice pretty quick and its' cube size is great for our glasses/cups. This has also been the easiest refrigerator I've had to install and level.
My single complaint, however, is the ice dispenser. It leaves a lot to be desired, as it tends to spew ice or ice chips everywhere BUT the glass/cup. If this refrigerator weren't under warranty, I'd 3-D print a better guide for dispensing ice to fix this minor flaw...
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Counter Depth Refrigerator

Paid more for some of Bosch components of the package I put together, but this made up for it compared to other brands. The kicker was I thoroughly reviewed other brands and the refrigerators consistently scored low reviews.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love My New Bosch Refrigerator

LOTS OF GREAT FEATURES:
Shelves and door pockets are sturdy and spacious
A variety of adjustable shelf heights
Door storage fits larger contatiners (i.e., milk, soda, ect.)
Runs quiet
Replacing filter is simple
Counter-depth is perfect for limited space
Easy to follow user manual

MAYBE COULD BE IMPROVED:
Ice dispenser could use more insulation to make it quieter
Ice maker dispenses ice slowly. Screw mechanism takes time to
start dispensing
Icemaker spews ice missing the cup - Possibly a narrower
dispenser opening needed
Bottom drawers have limited access opening. (needs at least
enough space to put a head of lettuce in the drawer)
Front door finish fingerprint proof but is a magnet to smudges and
is not easy to wipe clean

This refrigerator is quieter than a whisper. It is the quietest refrigerator we have ever owned.
All the mechanical components work flawlessly. The LED lighting is superb.

The ice maker is too loud, but delivers nice sized cubes.
We had an issue with it on delivery and Bosch replaced the faulty part quickly
Overall very pleased with the looks and functionality.
I strongly recommend!
