[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It exploded while I was making pasta! A bolt had not been tightened during the assembly process and gas leaked causing an explosion!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this by the builder when we go our new home. I’m happy that they have the griddle along with the cooktop but the cooktop is not much useful while cooking as it take a little longer as the distance between the flame and rail doesn’t heat the cook pot hot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the extra burner and different size flames. Let’s be the large burner grates and ease in moving for cleaning. Would be great if a multi purpose stainless steel cleaner was recommended instead of just the Whirlpool brand that has to be ordered on line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this cooktop in late December 2018; installed 3 weeks ago. After about a week, an issue with the igniters developed----all 5 igniters spark every time any one of the igniters is activated---not good. Made me wonder what else may be wrong! Notified Whirlpool regarding the issue and am now waiting for technician to check it out and, hopefully, resolve it successfully. So far, I am pleased with Whirlpool's interest in resolving this matter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop came standard and our new-build home. I am so lucky because I absolutely love it! The only reason it didn't get five stars for me is because sometimes I feel like the temperature doesn't go down as low as I would like it at times.
But overall I am incredibly happy with this product.
