Love the upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as an upgrade to my cooktop and am so happy I did. I was easily able to install it myself, so I saved that cost making it a great upgrade!! The ONLY drawback - and it's just something to get used to - is the knobs. They are backwards from what I'm used to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible design and do not like it at all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove came with a spec home we purchased. I would have never chosen this particular stove. Can’t cook with standard size pans because there is no room. The only one to cook with a large sauté pan in the middle. I was cooking in the center burner and lifted the lid towards the back to stir, and the lid caught on fire. It discolored a small portion of the black grate. In the many years of cooking on a gas stove, I have never had this happen. Using the center burner is very uncomfortable on the back, especially if the pan is tall. The other burners are useless due to no room..the pans lay over the knobs. The builder probably chose this stove because it was cheap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gorgeous Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchase this weeks ago. Overall, beautiful and durable! Knobs are heavy and feels durable, although a bit too close to the burner and any pot you place on the cooktop. Middle burner knob is quite weird where it does not turn all the to low and is stuck preventing me to further turn it to low closest is 2 which is low enough, kind of. That is the only disappointing thing to me. Overall, burners are strong and also durable. Love the griddle! Excellent for pancakes, steaks and eggs! Great overall buy.

Good product but service is not good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got new Whirlpool cooktop from my new home. I’m very satisfied with this product but the installation by Whirlpool is not good. they messed up the position of it. I am unable to lift the grates for cleaning.

Need control knob replaced
