I'm in LOVE with this cooktop!

I wish there was a griddle for the left side, too! I'm so pleased that I ordered this particular cooktop. Thanks, Whirlpool!

Terrible don’t buy!

Well first off the knobs look cheap and not one of them is in the centre of the hole that the stem comes out of. The main burner is a two stage but you’d think there would be a smooth transition from low and high flame…nope it’s either you’re simmering or burning the crap out of your food. And than there’s the grilles. First week they started warping to the point where you can put down a pot or pan flat on the grilles. After a couple months one of the pieces broke off the grille. Had to get the grille warrantied. Other than that, the other four burners are fine. It’s easy to clean and was a pretty easy install. Oh and the logo and burner decals are fading away quick, I’m not even cleaning it with abrasives, only a soft sponge and liquid soap.

The knobs melt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop came with the house, and it works as advertised but the knobs on the stove melt from the heat. I had to call warranty services twice now. Why aren't the knobs made of stainless steel? This looks horrible

Don't buy, cheapy

Cooktop came with the purchase of a new home. Cheap construction, burners are loose, sizes for burners are not variable, you get three of them same size. I'm looking forward to buy a new one some other barnd that is more sturdy.

Worst Whirlpool Product!!!

I will start off by saying that I have owned several Whirlpool products throughout the years and have always been happy with them. It's been my go-to brand for just about all of my appliances. However, this cooktop is definitely not up to par with the quality and performance I expected. It was installed by our builder less than a year
ago. After a couple of times use, I noticed there were several spots of discoloration. I later realized that if you do not up wipe up spills or even just small drops of food or liquid right away, it will leave a a discoloration stain everywhere this happens. It looks just AWFUL! The other issue is only 1 burner in the middle of the cooktop is useable (maybe since it's much larger than the others). The grates are too far away from the burner. The rest of the burners take 25 to 30 minutes to boil even a small pot of water!! The technician that came out to look at it said there was nothing he could do about either issue. He suggested I get some stainless steel cleaner and try that. It didn't work! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product.

Awesome cook top!

Disappointed that I am unable to use

I am unable to control the flame. Had a service call and a new manifold had to be ordered but have no idea when the parts will be arriving.
