Easily the best set of the winter 2017 wave.

The star destroyer is a must have set in my opinion for three reasons, it looks good, has a lot of play value, and it comes with a special minifigure.
For the first reason, the ship looks fantastic. I love the ship's exterior details. The fact that the exterior is not just simple plating makes this set perfect for display and admiration. I think Lego really captured the shape of the FO Star Destroyer really well. The engines on the back of the ship are what you would expect.
It has plenty of play value packed within it. You will find the majority of the play value within the interior of the ship. There are 3 rooms in the ship including a detailed bridge and a room with 3 computers. There are many scenes you can reenact within each of the three rooms and you can fit a good number of minifigures with each of the three rooms which further adds to the play value (not a full army of course). There is an elevator leading to a small area in the ship where Snoke sits down which I thought was kind of neat. On the exterior, the ship comes with stud shooters which I do not think is too bad. Although it would be nice if we were able to rotate the stud shooters.
The set is the only one (so far) to come with a Snoke minifigure. The Snoke minifigure itself is well detailed. So for you minifigure collectors out there this set will have to do if you're looking for a Snoke.
If you're a FO army builder or just a collector this set is a must have. However I do have some minor suggestions for the set. For the minifigure selection is not that bad, the only exclusive minifigure we get is Snoke, and then a one of a kind BB-9E. For the price of this set, I think it would have been fair to add at least another exclusive minifigure or two, such as a Kylo Ren, Captain Phasma, General Hux, or some other important FO figure. The price of this set for the number of parts you get, in combination with the features of this set is actually pretty good. So if you're pondering over this set or some other pricey set (assuming the FO Assault Walker), again I would highly recommend purchasing this set instead.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beware the might of the First Order!

This set is amazing! I got this for a Christmas present and I have been in love with it since. The star destroyer may seem pricey to some, but the size of the finished model is worth the price. There is so much room to place your figures inside and play with them. This set makes a great gift for many age groups and is a must have for any true star wars fan. The minifigures in this set are mediocre except, of course, for supreme leader snoke. However, these minifigures are always useful to those looking to expand their first order army. As I said before, the star destroyer is HUGE! It is nearly 2 ft (61 cm) long and a foot wide (30 cm)! This set is the best of all the Last Jedi sets. I would recommend this set to anyone. It was a fun and enjoyable build. This star destroyer is a great addition to any Lego star wars collection. When building, may the force be with you and beware the might of the First Order!
