We’ve had the Blue 411 fir about 6 months. We use it in the bedroom and it does a good job. Just changed the filter. Easy, packaged well and arrived Timely. Quite until you get to3 then at 3 it hums loudly but we use it for white noise to block the trains sounds at night.

The smell

I purchased this product seven days ago, and I am noticing a difference in the air quality. I'm not coughing nor sneezing like I was before. However, I don't like the smell it blows out when I turn on the purifier. At first, I thought the smell was due to the product being new, but it's been almost a week and I'm still smelling this unpleasant aroma.

Removing the old filter is not fun. You have to touch the old filter, tug, tug, wriggle it in order to get it out. Ridiculous. You would think for the money you spent on this it would be easier and cleaner? Also the cloth protector on the outside isn't easy to put back on and feels like it wants to rip. I wish they would make it adi that you don't have to remove the cloth protector on the outside and the old filter would just pop out with very little touching.

Hard To Find Correct Filter

I'm trying to find the filter for one of your products. I have found multiple numbers on the top inside. None specify model number. There isn't even any indication on whether I have an 311 Auto or 411 Auto. More detail on how to find the number would be helpful, plus something inside the unit.

Hi there, thank you for this feedback. We understand that the 411 Auto and 311 Auto models can be difficult to tell apart and are working to improve this. We would advise measuring the height of your purifier if you are uncertain of which model you own. The 411 Auto is 17" tall while the 311 Auto is 20".

I unplugged it and replaced the filter.
I plugged it up and pressed the middle as per the directions, and it's the center is still all orange. Did it a few times with the same result. Please advise.

I bought this by mistake and had no way of using the filters, because I didn't buy the machines to use the filters. I returned the filters, and a waiting for a refund.
