The filter arrives in a fairly small box, folded flat, which is convenient. Instructions are right in the box, making it easy to swap out. Feels great to get a fresh filter!
On the downside, I read that the filter is “recyclable” but good luck trying to figure out where to actually get it recycled. I’d like a return label for actual recycling, even if I had to pay extra. Also, I noticed that using my new filter filled the room with an unpleasant plastic-like smell. Fortunately after a day or two that smell went away completely and I’m back to enjoying clean, fresh air.

The carbon sheet portion of the filters seem to have changed. They are now more porous and I hope this doesn't mean the filters do not perform as well. It's only been a couple of weeks since we changed the filters so I don't have any additional feedback yet.
