I'm using this filter in a small home library which also features a cat and a litter box. Books, cats, and cat litter are three of the dustiest propositions known to science. I needed someting to keep the dust under control and make the air healthier to breathe for me and the cat.
Nothing is going to keep the dust away, but I have definitely noticed a decline in the frequency that the shelves need dusting. I keep it running on low most of the time and it's not audible at that level. The high setting isn't silent but it's not obnoxious and I can read or sleep with it on high. I have had to discourage the cat from using the cover as a scratching post, but we're getting another cover just in case.

I love the slim profile of the filter, arriving folded in half. I also like the limited amount of plastic trays part of each filter. With another brand of air purifier that I own, each filter is in a chunky plastic frame. The two tabs on this filter make it convenient to pull off. The only downside of this filter is that I wish it was a true HEPA air filter.

Between home, office & second home I have 7 Blue Air filters. Submitted a request on June 9th for help after being on hold two times in excess of 15 minutes. I did the trouble shooting as per the online help. My daughter owns a Sharp and had no trouble getting help.... Guess I invested in the wrong brand.

Cleaner works well, but needs some redesign

I generally like the air cleaner and the filter replacement is easy. I find the “buttons” on the top to be a challenge. There’s no real button to press. Or if you press the power icon there’s no sense that you’re pressing anything. Recently, all 3 red lights displayed and the filter had recently been changed. I ordered a new one. Unfortunately, the old one was perfectly fine but the lights are still on and I have yet to figure out how to reset. Why isn’t there a simple filter reset button? The air cleaner continues to work well but it’s frustrating that I can’t get the lights to go off.
