I have had my Blue Air 411 filter for over a year, and have already gone through one cycle of replacing the foldable carbon sheet. (By the way, a piece of cake to replace). I bought the Blue Air 411 for my bedroom. It has helped relieve a stuffy moring head and has helped with dust in my environment. I live in AZ and have 3 dogs. When I replaced my filter, I thought how dirty could it actually be? But, it was filthy, clearly it was doing its job to filter the dust and pet dander in my bedroom. The Blue Air 411 definitely has been a worthwhile purchase.

I love my Blue Air 411. I have had this air purifier for over six months, and no problems none whatsoever. I wanted to wait awhile before I had purchased additional units for my home, which I plan on doing. I subscribed to the 6 month, automatic filter subscription and my new filter came the day the unit indicated that I needed to perform a filter change.
I also ordered a new cover since the cover I received with my original order needed to be washed. The filter is very easy to remove and replace. I also love the design of the purifier, which does not take up much space.

No change in air quality/shoots black dust on wall

I bought this in November, and discovered in December that the adjacent walls (put in corner of 12 x 15' bedroom) have large black marks where the machine apparently blows black dust OUT onto surrounding surfaces!

Easy to change the filter but once done there seems to be a faint sweet smell coming out of the air purifier. I’m hoping with time it improves.

There are other filters out there, but these are of better quality and long lasting. I live in a very polluted place and run two Blue Airs, currently. The price is also very competitive with the knock off brand.

We have used both the 411 and 211 filters. So comforting to know the air is safe to breath at home and during our travels. Will not travel with the 211 filter and mask.
