Good quality product, received just in time. I basically keep it running on medium 24/7, unless I'm out of town. It's pretty gross how much it captures. I'm really impressed with my Blueair-Pure 411. I have another much more expensive air filter that's way more maintenance, and this one is my favorite.

I purchased two Blueair-Pure 411 almost 6 months ago. I have neighbors that share the same HVAC and they smoke in the house. :-((( And I have carpet in my apartment. So, especially when I cannot have the window open I am so happy with the Blueair units. And then I ordered two new filters and they came promptly. Very happy with this company and product.

I've had my air filter in the bed room ( a larger than usual size room) because I always got congested when I slept. I live in San Antonio which is famous for its allergens so I wasn't sure it would make a difference. I noticed how much better I slept on the first night! I've had my Blueair for about a year and I wouldn't give it up. Ordering replacement filters is easy. I'm very pleased with this product.
