Very loud

Easy to clean

I do wish the door alarm signaled sooner and was louder.

Control Panel Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased brand new, the control panel did not function. Called a Whirlpool appliance repair, and found out a new control panel was needed and had to be ordered. The repair person was able to reduce the temperature in the refrigerator so that food could stored while we waited for a new control panel. No ice or water available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Valuable feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, we have been reminded more than once by the alarm that the fridge or freezer was not completly closed. I am grateful for this feature. Over all, we are happy with the fridge, We got the fridge with the new build but I do wish it had a few more bells and whistles.

Good storage for counter depth!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally received our Whirlpool counter depth fridge and it makes all the difference in the flow of the kitchen. The inside storage makes the most of the cubic feet. The trade off with counter depth isnobviously the square footage of storage space with freezer especially,, however the freezer holds a decent amount of food for such a compact size. It is doing its job well keeping food frost free and fresh.

Fridge broke within one month of arrival

Technician came and advised we need to replace 4 parts !!!
Very disappointed as we spent a lot of money on this fridge. We didn’t even get much use of it and it already stopped working.
