Control Panel Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased brand new, the control panel did not function. Called a Whirlpool appliance repair, and found out a new control panel was needed and had to be ordered. The repair person was able to reduce the temperature in the refrigerator so that food could stored while we waited for a new control panel. No ice or water available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about a month ago. Overall, I am very pleased with it. The outside stainless door does not show fingerprints as much as much as my previous model.
I do wish the door alarm signaled sooner and was louder.

Very loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every time the compressor comes on for the first 30 seconds or more it’s very loud like some thing in the back vibrates then quiets

Christmas fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought for Christmas gift for my wife (and me). Fits our kitchen just right. Has all the features she wanted. Ice and water on outside door and finger print protection was on her wish list. This unit met all her wishes. Installed myself with no problems. Nice product so far.

Good Mid-Entry Model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a couple of variants of this model depending on the type of refrigerant used. They operate similarly. We have to be careful to ensure the right door remains closed. It often pops open when the left door is shut. Whirlpool insists this is normal. We had the exact model three months ago with some blemishes (waiting to be replaced by the one I am reviewing). It never had this problem and both doors sealed well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
