Good overall design, great exterior finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit came with our new home. Other than a sloppy installation by the builder, it looks and works great. The ice maker works especially well. The only design feature I don’t like it that you have to open both doors, all the way to access the bottom drawer in the fridge. Since I currently use that drawer for beer, it’s a huge inconvenience!! It would have been better to have a split drawer like the two above it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ice Maker Issues

Our refrigerator is less than a year old and the ice maker has been repaired twice. They don’t make any explanation for the poor performance they just send out a repairman.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Convenient Layout

However, I don't trust it to last long since this is a replacement and the first unit had a bad compressor -not once, but twice!

BUTTER SHELF?

Where's the shelf with the roll down cover for butter? It shows it in the right door on the schematic diagram that came with the refrigerator, but was not in the appliance when we received it. Curious.

Having Problem Not Cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They have replaced my refrigerator with a new one just last week. Since then the temperature has never reached above 56 degrees. Tech came out and replaced board and still no change. Waiting for Whirlpool response again.

My New Whirlpool Fridge 2019
