[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered our refrigerator nov 28 2019 with delivery feb 21 2020...the ice maker stopped working approximately 4 weeks after installation...we called in a warranty claim but due to the covid 19 we are unable to get a service call..I also fond that the drawers/bins are of poor construction. On a positive note the exterior is easy to maintain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lots of space, good layout!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a very expensive Samsung fridge that only lasted three years with this more moderately priced unit. The exterior is amazing. No finger prints, easy to keep clean. The inside drawers stick a little but we are finding over time they are getting better. Whirlpool should consider a door ice maker so less room taken up inside the fridge. The fridge and freezer are evenly cooling and that is wonderful compared to our other unit. One suggestion, have adjustable wheels in the back, not every floor is perfectly leveled and by adjusting the front legs you don't necessarily solve the problem.

Great features, lots of space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about a month ago and it was the best decision I’ve made. Compared to my last fridge, when I would do a weeks worth of grocery shopping, my fridge and freezer would be packed with no room for leftovers. With my new whirlpool I have so much space that I’m able to buy enough food and store enough food for up to 2.5-3 weeks including leftovers. I am sooo happy!

Smudge proof for finger prints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this in February and I like the features that the refridgerator has for the cheese drawer that pulld out. I also like how spacious the freezer is with the pull out drawers that are perfect for ice cream.
