Can be better for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had this unit for less than a month and in general we are satisfied with the operation. There are both Pros and Cons with this model.
Pros: It works well in keeping an items at a standard temperature in both the fridge and freezer compartment. The (3) drawer setup for fruits and veggies is also a nice feature as you don't have to open both doors to retrieve an item. Also like the display lighting and simplicity.
Cons: Unit is noisier than I would like. Seems to have an interior vibration when running. the ice and water dispenser takes a little getting used to as ice is dispensed too rapidly and can easily be directed outside you glass. Storage size is what is advertised but the Ice maker takes up a lot of space. Shelves on the left door could be better as bottles and taller items do not seem secure.
Drawer construction and rails seem pretty basic for a unit at this price range.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered our refrigerator nov 28 2019 with delivery feb 21 2020...the ice maker stopped working approximately 4 weeks after installation...we called in a warranty claim but due to the covid 19 we are unable to get a service call..I also fond that the drawers/bins are of poor construction. On a positive note the exterior is easy to maintain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No crushed ice

Had to buy this small model because this is all the enclosed space the builder provided. I assumed I would have a crushed ice option and am disappointed that I only get the cubes. The pull-out drawers are cheap and do not slide in and out smoothly.

French Door Fridge

Nice looking and still made in the USA

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been 15 yrs since I had to buy a replacement refrigerator and the first thing I noticed is overall how much lighter the material Is.
Negatives: the crisper drawers can catch the humidity controls if your not careful when closing them. Since the slide controls are plastics it would be easy to break these if your not careful.
There is a shelf along the bottom of the fridge that has a lift up cover. In order to lift it you need both doors to the fridge open.
I did read several reviews about the unit being noisy, it is compared to my older unit but not anything I can’t live with.

Easy clean surface.
Rubber bottoms in door shelves so items don’t slide.
Good size ice maker for a counter depth unit.

Lots of space, good layout!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about so weeks ago, and the layout is so much better than our old Kitchenaid fridge. I find this model slightly louder than I would like, but still really like it.
