[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Builder installed. We upgraded to stainless and French door. Not the space I’m used to and I miss the deli drawer opening from the outside. Storage inadequate. Ice maker design and placement creat useless little shelves.

Not So Nice !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this refrigerator a little over a month and am totally dissatisfied!
1) we continually have to open the ice maker and reset the arm because it becomes "frozen" and hence NO ICE CUBES; 2) it has the worst room inside - no compartments for thinks such as egg, butter, etc - and the top shelf has little vertical space for larger containers; 3) the ice dispenser door (when there is ice!!??) does not shut close quickly enough and too many times the remaining ice in the door falls to the floor; 4) the ice maker is extremely noisy and when it is making ice, you can hear it throughout the kitchen -and we have a large kitchen!

Cold but stuck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. Keeps all food & drinks very cold. Took me some time to get used to the ice maker. Cubes get stuck in arm & no more ice is made. Big compartment to take in & out when this occurs. Small capacity storage inside. No butter or cream cheese compartment on door.

Way too Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased Model: WRF550CDHZ less than a month ago and although it functions as a fridge and freezer well, I would not recommend or repurchase another in the future.
My biggest complaint is that it is way to noisy. There is an constant vibration hum. Many others report compressor or fan noise but I believe the source is the condenser. When running, which is often, the condenser unit must be either vibrating against the fridge walls, have a poor design or quality or be not have correct noise abatement. I might add this noise i NOT the condenser fan. That would be too simple. So if you are a favorite of 60 cycle hum or like model airplane noise in your kitchen, get this unit. BTW the ice dispenser also leaves a lot to be desired. (by design). At counter depth costs, I think there are better options.
