Ice Maker is a Nightmare

Bought this as part of an upgrade package thru our new home purchase (06/2019). Ice in the maker is melting, freezing and melting which then leaks thru the ice dispenser and ultimately onto our hardwood floors. It also produces more ice than is needed then when you try to take the ice machine out to fix the leaking, the too much ice hits the floor. Have already had Whirlpool tech here once to work on the ice maker. Will be calling again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One month old and making noise and frost buildup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Called Whirlpool. They called a repairman for us. Guess what No repairman will work on it. BECAUSE IT IS IN A Brand New MOTORHOME. Whirlpool keeps asking if I want a extended warranty. WHY ?...you won’t sell one but you will put your products in motorhomes.

We have always had Whirlpool products so the first week in the new place all the appliances went in the garage and were replaced with Whirlpool. We now have a kitchen we are proud of.

Good Size for counter depth
