Difficult to keep the glass top clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] one of the top elements seems to take a long time to get hot, takes a long time for the water to boil, some of the other elements seem to heat at a rate I am used to

Takes forever to get to temperature.

Great Range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new range for a few weeks now, and I'm quite happy with it. Burners and oven heat up quickly and cook evenly. The oven is very roomy. The black and stainless colors are beautiful and look great in my kitchen. My only complaints -- the burner dials are very counter-intuitive, since you dial DOWN to raise the heat, and dial UP to lower the heat. This seems opposite to common sense and opposite to every other range I have owned. My other complaint is that just two years ago we bought a Whirlpool refrigerator, and the sides are gray instead of black. The sides of my new microwave and range are black, so the appliances do not match. The sides of all appliances show because of the way my kitchen is set up, so I wish the colors were the same.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice basic stove, not intuitive, hard to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this stove looks nice & touts fingerprint free stainless, the shiny black glass cooktop shows every single speck, and even every swirl and smear from a wet cloth when you wipe it down. Our older cooktop had a patterned glass top that masked these marks especially in the areas around & between the burners. Also the “programmable” cooking and delay features do work, but no per the instructions (which are NOT shipped with the stove, I had to go online and search for a user manual!). Instead of setting the time of day I want the stove to come on, I have to calculate how many hours & minutes from that moment I want the stove to come on. Timed cooking I can’t set hours and minutes, just have to set minutes and hold button for a long time to get over an hour. The best I can say compared to our previous 11 year old model is that this functions. If I’d known it was this difficult to use and more stock was available, I’d have chosen a different model.

Great range not exactly black

We paid an extra $400 and waited 3 months to get this and were only disappointed with the fact that the outside rim is not exactly black like we were hoping. It’s advertised as black and the glass top is but the outside is more charcoal which doesn’t match our other appliances.
I would recommend this to a friend!
