Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our Whirlpool range and refrigerator on order (to match our other Whirlpool appliances). We didn't mind waiting until the January delivery date. However, our GE range failed us very close to Christmas. The only solution was for us to take the floor model of the range we had on order. We did not like that idea but really did not have a choice. We were told the range has the bake and convection ovens. Convection bakes 30% faster according to the instruction manual (very limited instructions for features). The pre heat technology is a joke. It is suppose to bake a pizza and make it better than ever. The bottom drawer will not hold my pots and pans. After having a technician out bout the convection part and pizza function, I found that it is NOT a convection oven. I have a convection FAN. There is nothing difference about my range at all. Also, I really only have three burners that will cook anything. Two are basically to keep someone minimally warm. Needless to say, I DO NOT like this range very much. Advertises how great their service is. I had to wait almost two weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AquaLift Self Clean feature is a big fail. It doesn't clean the oven. I paid for a self cleaning oven, not one that I have to clean manually. We had a service person look at the oven and were told it was working "as designed". Not happy at all with this answer. Also, the oven takes forever to preheat. We will not purchase another Whirlpool oven. Always thought highly of the Whirlpool name but this product is a big disappointment.

Love new stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used 3 weeks. Getting used to it. Cleans easily so far. I was concerned. Haven’t used frozen bake or convection yet. Looks sharp. Heard the aqua lift isn’t good from others. I’ll let you know in 6 months.

Disappointed.

I replaced a 25 yr old smooth top range with dual-sized burners for this. I was excited about 5 burners, but discovered that 1 is melt and 1 is keep warm so in reality I only have 3 burners that actually cook. Guess I should have looked closer. Also whe I use the small setting on the 2-sized burner, the entire burner is extremely hot. The oven also seems to have LESS insulation/ probably because it's only a steam clean. Wish it had better insulation and had the high heat clean. The only thing that I really like is that it matches my other appliances and that is doesn't stick out from the wall as far as some others do. I'm convinced that the designers probably don't actually cook or bake very much.

Really Lite this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time with a glass top range. Has 5 elements that offer different heating top sizes. Love that feature. Easy to clean but recommend the "afresh Cleaning Kit" for the stove top for cleaning off cooked on food that you don't see at first. It does a great job. Oven has proven to be right on the temperature settings and have not had any issues. Really like this range.

Doesn't keep consistent temperature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range about 9 months ago. It has been nothing but problems! It doesn't keep the temperature. For example, it shows that it's 400°C on the display, but my oven thermometer says it's at 350°C. And no, it's not the convection setting. I know that is a 25°C difference.
The frozen bake feature doesn't work at all!
This has been the worst range by far.
Do not get it!

Works Well
