[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We start using this stove about 2 months ago. We used the convection oven three times and everything cake is burnt in the bottom and the top is not properly done. I have used convection oven for over 35 years and never had this problem. I bake at 350 and even lowered it but same issue. I used the same air bottom pans that was used in the previous stove with no issue and everything baked came out perfect. We purchased all whirpool appliances for our new house but I regret this decision because they all have issues. The fridge and washing machine are extremely loud .
I'm not sure what to do about the stove because of the oven not baking properly. Please advise.
