[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though this range is the same size as my old one, the oven is much bigger, has three racks instead of two and still has ample storage in the bottom drawer. This is my first time to have a convection oven, so I’m still learning when to use that feature and the frozen bake feature is an added bonus I never knew existed. All in all I am very pleased with my new range!

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I was buying quality but I am sadly disappointed. I dislike the controls on the back of the range, I have to reach over the hot burners to adjust the controls. The metal corners of the back and the front edge are bent over and don't even meet to make this a quality appliance. I had a Whirlpool range previous to this one and loved the features (no convection roast, no oven probe, difficult to use the timer controls, doesn't identily which burner is hot just states the cooktop is hot) and configuration but this new range just doesn't compare. I had to get down on the floor to even read the model and serial number on the metal tag. The appliance came without a user manual. The power plug on the back was not in the same place as the previous range and we had to hire an electrician to cut the wall board in the back and move the electrical outlet so we could push the range back 2-3 inches. I doubt we will purchase another Whirlpool product .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best electric range we've owned!
