Just what we needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We switched out the gas oven/stovetop that came with our house with this unit. The oven works great as does the stovetop. My one reservation is the glass top. It can be challenging to get "cooked on" stuff off of it and I worry it's going to scratch. One thing to note is the top (a lot of it) stays very hot for quite a long while so be aware of that - there are indicator lights but still.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very poor self cleaning!

I bought this range almost a year ago. We have followed the cleaning instructions to the letter. Aqua Lift Cleaning technology sucks. It doesn't work period. How do you expect to remove grease stains after cooking a roast for over 2 hours, baking on the grease to the oven walls by simply having water heat up to 500 degrees for a mere 20 minutes. It doesn't work!
Very very disappointed with this feature. We were sold a wrong bill of goods. If you need a self cleaning oven...stay away from this one.

Cooking top already has scratches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this only one month, and just started cooking on it, probably only 5 times. It already has scratches. What is this going to look like after a year? Not sure I should have picked this type of range. I was so prepared before it arrived to make sure I knew how to use this, bought the correct cleaners for this type of top. First time I cleaned it after one time cooking saw the scratches.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks nice in the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The black stainless steel is a nice new look in the kitchen. Overall the stove works well and does what it is supposed to. The timer alert is on the quiet side, and you won't hear it if you're in another room. The bottom drawer is pretty small. You'll have to remove items from your old oven drawer in order to close this one. Also, a stovetop light and power outlet would have been appreciated

Great Range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range replaced a 1986 GE stove in which the oven had stopped working. The smooth top cookstove and the optional convection over is new to me, but I am learning more about them every day. The oven his huge and I can cook many dishes at the same time on the different racks. It makes a great addition to my kitchen and the stainless steel is stunning.
