Slow heating surfaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this unit delivered a few weeks ago and it’s nice looking and easy to operate. The big disappointment is how slow the cooking surfaces are. It takes for ever to get anything even after we bought new, flat pots and pans. Any Temperatur than maximum heat doesn’t really work and is more turned off than on. I would not buy this unit again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice looking stove!

Burner features are useful- and particularly like the “keep warm” burner. So far, we are very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this range for a month and am very pleased with the performance. It is simple to operate and it is pleasing to the eye. The oven is huge. It cleans up very nicely. I'm not concerned with the drawer space underneath. If you buy your range for storage space....maybe you should check it out before you buy it! I see complaints about keeping the top clean. If you don't want to spend a moment cleaning after use, then buy an old fashion stove and replace the pans every few months.

Could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The temperature gauges on stove do not adjust. If you start on high, and turn down even to low, it still is on high. I’ve burnt more things thNever. Frustrated, very frustrated!
