Falls short

This stove was delivered about 2 weeks ago.
The stovetop has a decent layout with one very large element for canning pots etc.
I cannot keep it looking clean/good no matter what I do. I'm using Whirlpool brand cleaner/polish and it still looks terrible. For the money it has very few features. The "frozen bake technology" is a joke.
It simply adjusts cooking time by 3 or 4 minutes when you put your pizza in without pre-heating. Instructions say only works for ONE pizza or ONE meal. If you want to throw in a couple of pizzas you're out of luck.
The fit and finish is atrocious! Caulking/seal around glass top has defects/holes in it, there are white marks showing through the black porcelain on rim around the top. The back panel obviously didn't fit but was forced on anyway causing huge gaps/ripples in the panel that can easily cut your hands if reaching behind stove to clean. The drawer is lopsided and there's no adjustment without enlarging screw holes.
I also found the "Cooktop Hot" warning light goes out while cooktop is still hot enough to boil water. (See video)
This stove is being returned as unsatisfactory!
I've ordered a GE product to replace this range..I'm done with whirlpool brands.

Excellent range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had this range for 3 weeks now so the jury is still out, but up till now it couldn't be better. Cooktop is great with the 5 burners. Plenty of power. Dual elements are a big help. Oven capacity will allow you to cook most anything. Selectable convection feature is great. Finger print resitant stainless finish actually works.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed that it takes a very long time for the pre-heat oven to actually get to the correct temperature before you can use it. Need to adjust temperature higher than recipes call for. I do like that it has a handle on the drawer.

Delay Start directions are for a dishwasher.

We chose this range specifically because we used its Delay Start feature regularly with our previous Whirlpool range. Whirlpool corporate told our technician that the user manual does not coincide with the actual range and it is not going to be remedied. Too bad for us. We must now activate Delay Start the way a dishwasher delay start is activated. Cumbersome.

Bought with other appliances 3 years ago and have had it broke down already. Thermostat bad cost 200 and now need whole control panel which will cost me more out of pocket.
RIDICULOUS!

Good features larger oven area

I do not like black stove top ..,always shows streaks etc... does not have night light on stove and doesn’t show which cook tops are hot which to me should be a safety feature...even my 20 year old stove had those features... I will never purchase appliances via on line again!.... also doesn’t have separate clock and timer which my 20 year old one had

My cook top is wonderful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy all the different features including the steam cleaner. The only thing I have been having trouble adjusting to is the settings on the burners, it takes awhile for them to heat up usually have to turn up to a higher setting for approximately a min then can turn to the setting I need as it would otherwise add a significant amount of time to my cooking. The timer only sounds once and shuts off so if you are not with in hearing distance when it goes off your out of luck. I had a quality cook top prior to this but it was very old and time to upgrade, so far happy with choosing this stove.
