Two things I would include in the general written instructions that come with the oven would be to inform the customer about the initial smoking and smell when you first turn on the oven. The other thing I would give them is a place to go to learn about using the convection setting. Having to find this on my own was a bit cumbersome and a bit scary when the oven was smoking and smelling.

Not What Expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not what I expected. When delivered, the exposed left side panel was dented on the bottom and the enamel was damaged across the center? Also, there was not a bulb in the oven. The dealship ordered a new left panel and after installation realized the replacement was damaged too? Where's the quality control? My old Whirlpool oven was a solid durable appliance. This modern version is flimsy & seems to more built for low shipping costs, NOT the customers. Also, I can't use 99% of my Lifetime cookware (one small frying pan has a flat bottom) and none of my Reverware, so they're useless to me now & I'm forced to invest in all new cookware!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We don't like electric and especially the glass

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a month ago & are very happy with our purchase. It has great features & we like the look of the finger print resistant stainless steel. We haven’t tried the cleaning feature yet so we will see when the time comes how well it works. There are 3 racks for baking & 7 levels for putting them on. Very roomy!

Great Electric Range but clock still and issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Electric Range is just fine and does what it was designed to do. But I can't figure out why the Engineers and Marketing can't do something better with the clock design? When power goes out in the area and returns, the clock resets and blinks. Isn't there a range on the market that keeps the clock time when power is disrupted? It can't cost that much more to have a clock retain the time with a power outage. My area gets a lot of power disruptions and the clock annoys my wife and I. Blink Blink Blink.... I have to give up correcting the clock time...all the time. Whirlpool, certainly you can do better!
