Efficient and versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This can opener does the job efficiently, quietly and quickly. You just need to place the can correctly paying attention to detail, as shown in one of the photos attached, and the device will do the job on its own without you grabbing the can until it is fully opened. The magnetic disc holds onto the can top that gets connected.
The device is tall enough to open cans of a variety length. Its stainless steel material seems long lasting.
It is important to handle this device with care since it contains a sharp blade which by the way has a safety guard.
The bottle hand opened that comes with the device is a nice addition. It has three functions: to help open cans that come with a finger handle, to tear open hard plastic covers as well as opening bottles.
Cleaning the cutting unit is straightforward, as shown on the manual, with soap and water. It's important to dry the cutting unit after washing to minimize the chances of rusting. At the same time, not cleaning the blade after use can lead to rust forming overtime making it difficult to remove then.

The last can opener you'll ever have to buy

The pros: it is compact enough to be stored away, but also has a nice look so leaving out on the counter works too. The detachable top makes rinsing pretty simple. Also love that the cord is retractable, so when not in use, it really can be left out or stored easily.
Really, there weren't any cons. It took me a minute to figure out the positioning of the magnet, but once that was out of the way, It was smooth sailing. Very happy with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The can opener was easy to use and the magnet was strong enough to hold the can. I do, however, wish the metal was not as jagged after the can was open.
I loved the separate can opener that’s included to open cans that have a tab. The separate apparatus fits nicely right into the can opener base!
The separate can opener also has a knife sharpener. I don’t recommend using it as it made my knife jagged. I had to use another knife sharpener to fix it.
I love that the cord can be placed in the can opener instead of being left on the counter, looking messy. This was a great feature!

I love that it has a sleek look. the magnet keeps a good grip on the top of the can and the blade rips through the tin very easily. I find that I don't have to stop and readjust the can at all when using this opener. It also comes with a bottle opener that sits in the back which is a nice added feature.

Sleek, quiet, easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My arthritic hands are so thankful for this easy to use and even easier to clean! The tall, sleek style has a thin profile that fits neatly in the cupboard or in the corner of my counter without taking up too much space. I love the collapsible magnetic arm and the thin little pocket in the back that holds the included can opener.
Connecting a can of simple, quick and secure. There isn't the loud grinding noise like older model can openers had, just a gentle purr. It was easy to remove the lid from the magnet and when there was over flow, I simply pushed the button on top and the entire opener apparatus lifted off making it extremely easy to keep clean.
I'm very happy with my Hamilton Beach can opener!
