Great small appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric can opener is a great addition to my kitchen and I like that its stainless steel. It does not take up too much counter space. Easily attaches to the can... makes it easy to open. Also, I like that the opener detaches from the unit... makes for easy cleaning. The bottle opener that comes with this appliance is definitely a nice added touch.

It comes ready to use right out the box. You just plug it in. I like an electric can opener because with carpal tunnel sometimes my hands and wrists hurt.
It took me a few minutes to figure out how to get the can to stay under there while it was turning but after a few practice tries it was easy to use. It's small and compact and fits easily in any space. Stored on the countertop or even store it in a cabinet. It doesn't take up hardly any room at all. I love how easy it is to clean and I really like the stainless steel aspect of this can opener because stainless steel is always on trend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Hamilton Beach SureCut Can Opener is my new favorite product this year. It’s so sleek and modern. The color I have is a beautiful black. It preforms beautifully by opening my cans perfectly each time. On the back of this can opener is a little something extra that I alive as well. It has a spot that holds a Openmate multi tool that opens bottles and such. It’s a very handy addition to the can opener.

It is perfect for one thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well it is really an amazing tool to have except for the fact it didn’t work for smaller sized cans! It is high quality well built with beautiful stainless steel on the outside. It works beautifully on larger can, no need to hold the can the magnet will do it for you, you don’t need to press any button or hold the lever all you have to do is to place it under the blade the magnet will catch it and it will immediately start cutting the can smoothly no miss no spilling! Cleaning is a breeze! It came with a portable bottle opener with a side cardboard cutter as well, the is a knives sharpener at the back as well which is very convenient. I really wanted to like it it is perfect if only it works on the small cans like tomatoe paste which actually is the reason why I needed a can opener most! Small cans won’t fit under the blade it will be hold by the magnet but the machine won’t run as the can edges are too far from the blade! Buyers be aware it won’t operate independently on smaller can.

It is nice to have the bottle opener on hand for opening bottles which is a nice touch. I am very happy with this product. All around a great addition to my kitchen appliances.

Can opener and more. You can't go wrong with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying it opened my 30 oz coffee without having to push it up which impressed me. It is also very quiet. I think what they would call whisper quiet. The magnet folds in for storage and with this the blade is also covered so no one can be cut while not in use. There is a release button on the top to remove the whole area that opens the cans for easy cleaning (I think this is a great feature). There is a knife sharpener on the back which is handy. Stored above that is what they call an OpenMate. This will open your bottles and pop tops (you won't have to go searching, it's stored right there). On the side there is a cutting blade to open plastic.
This is why I say it is so much more than a can opener. You can't go wrong buying this. I highly recommend the Hamilton Beach SureCut Stainless Steel Can Opener and give it 5 stars.

Tried my new replacement can opener today!

At first I didn't realize you had to move the magnet away. Once I did it it performed as expected. I like the pry device for beer type cans. The quick release to disengage the cutter for cleaning is really nice. Opener works just fine. Hope the device lasts a long time!

It has a removable head to wash in the sink and easy to disassemble, comes with long enough cord to place on the counter . Real light weight product and well built to last a long time. Tall enough for those family size cans and the magnet is real strong.
