Should have read the reviews before buying

ORBI was recommended by our internet service provider. Could not install it. Installed, uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone multiple times. Every time i tried to open the app it would quit and not open. I opened a help ticket, which was not helpful in resolving the issue. I am returning the system.

A much needed improvement to my wifi signal

Works great with my Verizon fios internet. (As long as I don’t have Fios-cable tv). Incredible customer support if there’s any issue getting set up .

needed a solution besides rewiring my home. My downstairs location barely registered 2ghz wi-fi. Added a secure router and the Orbi router and satellite allowed nearly the same speed as my previous hard wired solution.

This router system has enhanced my family’s whole home, we get better connection in every part of the home. We have 20 devices that could be connected at one given time and there has been no problems
