Issues

I had to return my orbi router as it would not stay connected bc of a firmware issue. Netgear replaced the router with a router that doesn’t connect to my satilites. Now Netgear will not help me get the issue solved.

Easy Setup and Worked Flawlessly

WiFi and routers in general can be a real pain to configure and set up. However this was not the case with the Orbi Home Mesh system. The phone app walked me through each step through simple, easy to follow procedures. It was about as painless as you could get!

Great When Not Disconnecting 10-20 Times a week

This system truly is fast. When it works, it's amazing. The issue is that oftentimes the internet will show not connected. It affects the LAN ports and WiFi. The broadcast shows available, but with no internet connection. I know this has nothing to do with my ISP because I have connected my previous Nighthawk R7000 router and has zero disconnects. I have since coupled the Orbi to the R7000 just so I can connect my work equipment to it so it doesn't disconnect several times a day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product, great support

Product installed easily and signal strength across entire new home is excellent. Had problems connecting some peripherals, e.g. Ring Doorbell. But Netgear product support helped resolve it quickly

An excellent router for a Busy World

This Mesh WiFi is exceptional and has brought us a great deal of coverage through our house. It has made it incredibly easy to connect to the internet and get that signal throughout the house, while still maintaining high speeds in every corner. Our house is boxy with lots of hallways, but this has made it so easy to use our WiFi.

Love the Mesh

Have two systems, RBK53 at our Lake Home and RBK753 wifi6 at our main home. Coverage is great and no issues with two streaming TVs running most of the time (absolutely no buffering).

Our Orbi RBK50 fits our house perfectly. We put the router downstairs and the satellite upstairs. We have seamless coverage throughout our house. Thanks Netgear.

Best Ever

We live in a log home with a metal roof. Our WiFi had to be rebooted constantly. Our reception for two phones and computers (two) at opposite ends of our house) was horrible. Orbi Home Mesh was recommended to us by a reliable provider. Now, we no longer have garbled, dropped calls and I have not had to reboot Orbi, no not one!! Great product and I have recommended it to a relative in TX. Thank you Orbi for making this great product and solving our WiFi issues. Best Ever.
