Easy setup for seamless all over connectivity

I was able to set this extender up and install it in 10 minutes. The mesh extender does a great job extending my network to my backyard and patio.

Lags and lots of dead zones. House is 3600 sqft with 2 satellites and I can’t even go to my front yard

Awful

Doesn’t work in half the house, too expensive for something that doesn’t work. Our smart TVs don’t work, my home computer and the kids gaming systems do not connect to the internet. I watched 3 videos on how to connect it and it never works

Amazing

This system is amazing so far. My house is 2500sqft. I bought the 5k system and my wifi is blazing in all corners of my house. Setup was pretty easy. The app was a little quarky and I had to open and close it 2-3 times and repeate the setup process. Once setup my wifi has been incredible. Hoping it keeps up this way.
I would recommend this to a friend!

2.4GHz signal strengh issues

I bought an RBR50 and RBS50 mesh wifi kit in October, and for the most part, I've been happy with it with the exception of some issues that I recently noticed. I set up an office in a room that was previously mostly unused and I noticed that WiFi didn't work very well in there. Distance from either access point to the room is relatively short, so I wasn't sure what was going on. I used a WiFi signal analyzer and found that 5GHz signal strength is very low in the room, which makes sense given the walls between the room and the access points. No problem, 2.4GHz signal strength is good. Wrong... The 2.4GHz signal strength frequently drops from ~70% to zero. I tested in close proximity to both the router and satellite and found the same issue. The 5GHz signal is always perfect, but 2.4 drops from 90% to 0 several times a minute. I want to put another satellite in that room to cover that area of the house, but I'm not sure I want to spend more money on a device that doesn't work properly. This problem is compounded by the fact that both my wife and I are working from home and our VPN connections drop constantly in this room, but they work when we're in range of 5GHz.

Cannot Access Router

I bought this router about 3 months ago. It works fine as WIFI router. Now i want to connect to Orbi router to configure it so that only certain devices can connect to it. I tried everything I could but it does not connect. I talked to Tech support in India and he does not know how either. Go online again trying to get different tech support. While chatting, she just left the chat. Bad bad support.

satellite died

bought this system for my cameras 18 months ago and the satellite doesn't work, the ring light stays white and the sync button does nothing. for this price i would've thought it would last longer.
