Not compatible with any Wifi 6 system

I bought this to use with an existing Orbi Wifi Mesh system. It will not work with any Wifi 6 router including Orbi Mesh 6 system. It took me 2 calls to Netgear to get help before the tech noted that it would not work with any Wifi 6 router.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been in IT for 30 years and I think this was the simplest, most intuitive setup I've ever done. Mesh configured 2 networks AND public wi-fi in less than an hour. Primary network was up and 2nd unit synced in less than 15 min. I can't say I miss the local telnet interface of old...

5 months old and having terrible issues

I give up with Netgear products. I spent a lot to get this after reading what they said it could do. Worked okay for about 4 months. Now I’m so frustrated it’s time to buy a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not work with Orbi 6 mesh

The rating is based on my desire to use it with an Orbi 6 mesh system. I just bought a RBK 852 System up and Running and bought the AC3000 (RBS50Y) as an outdoor satellite for my back yard. FYI, These are not compatable and I am on customer suevice right now returning it. The AC 3000 or RBS50Y does not work with any router.

The RBS50Y is able to connect in extender mode, but will not work as a satellite due to a change in technology.

GREAT WiFi! Highly recommend

I have the Orbi RBK50 WiFi system and it's GREAT WiFi. Super fast WiFi and it covers my entire home even the backyard, garage and driveway. Never have any issues even when many family members are all online at the same time. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed that it didn’t work with my Orbi rbr750 in Orbi mode or as an extender.!I really need an outdoor satellite!!! Please make one!!!

Not worth the money
