Good and Bad

My office is a remote part of the house and I need an extender to give me a reliable connection for work. I've had the Orbi up and running for a while, but due to some non-technical issues I had to disconnect it for over a month. Immediately I had a bad connection and my work noticed. I went to re-connect the Orbi and ran into set up problems. Overall I spent about 3 hours over several days trying different strategies. While the phone app is good at stepping through the process, when it gets confused it just keeps cycling the same instructions over and over.

Easy to setup, great connection

My ORBI was easy to set up and gives fast connection! First time setting up wifi and it was a breeze. The app was easy to follow and gave step by step instructions
