I just recently picked up the Orbi after my beloved AirPort Express of many years gave out. I was looking for both a dedicated mesh system and savings... and Orbi has delivered. Great speeds throughout the apartment, and a great app interface.

Orbi Mesh simply the best

The Orbi was an an easy installation. It was time to upgrade from the single cable modem/router that we have been renting from Cox for several years. Switching to a new Docsis 3.1 model and orbi Mesh was and easy installation. Pretty much just follow the step by step manual for Orbi and the wireless was up and running again in about 30 minutes. This gave my family a larger coverage area with a stronger signal while also trashing our extenders for our ring camera which gave us marginal signal coverage prior to the switch to the Orbi mesh.

Netgear ORBI Almost Perfect

A programming error with my new solar control box led me to replace my ASUS router. Went with the ORBI and now have much faster speeds and more balanced wifi throughout the house. Big troubles since the RBK50 can't issue a separate SSID for its 2.4Ghz band. Had to throw out my old smart plugs. Also wish I could stay logged in longer than a few minutes. Besides that the APP and the GUI are great. Overall quite happy.

Router works great. The only downside is having to pay for a secure connection. It should be built in and included.
