Amazing

No kidding, the Orbi is Amazing! I have been struggling with connection issues for the past year or so, receiving a fraction of the speed I pay for. I kid you not, the Orbi was super easy to set up and delivers consistent speed and connectivity on my entire property. I could not be happier. By the way we have at least 17 devices connected at any particular time and no lagging whatsoever. Thanks Netgear!

Mesh Wifi for the house

I have installed the Orbi RBK53 to cover my three level home. The system was easy and I was able to place the router and satellites to provide excellent coverage. I've used the ethernet backhaul feature to free up the 5GHz for other devices, which is great. Everyone in the family has used it and thinks the performance is super. One network and one password for the whole house is easy to get used to.

Great Mesh System

I bought the RBK53, which includes router and 2 satellites, from Costco. Installed them around the house and was up in about 30 minutes. Much better coverage than my Verizon Fios Gateway with 2 extenders. The best thing is that the WiFi bands are under one SSID, not 2 like with the Verizon WiFi. I get great coverage around the entire home, about 6000 sft, including basement, main floor and upstairs.

Netgear Orbi RBK50 AC3000

As advertised, this product extended WiFi coverage across all of my two story 3500 ft2 house. Signal strength and speed are excellent in all areas. As well, the signal remains fast and strong approcimately 50' beyond the house perimeter - a consideration for exterior items such as security cameras and the like. Setup was clear, simple and quick. Much better than network extenders. Highly recommended.

Works really well

Unfortunately my old router broke and I was forced to buy a new one.. I was sticker shocked at the price of these new routers but decided to go with the netgear Orbi and was very surprised by the performance! It is a strong signal over the entire home over 3,000 sq ft and the speed is unreal compared to the old one. I am very happy with the quality and performance so far, glad I had to buy a new one now.

Amazing range and monitoring capabilities

Range is amazing and the fact that I can monitor connected devices through the app is so convenient. It's also great for guest because I can open a guest WiFi portal that doesn't allow guest to access my LAN network. Wireless speeds are identical to my hard wire connections which is unheard of especially with a booster... excuse me, satellite. A+ best router out there. Worth the investment and more.

Exactly what we needed

Our 2-story house had a few 'dead zones' where phones would drop WiFi and switch to using cellular data. When we upgraded from our Apple Time Capsule to the Orbi, we were amazed at the difference! I over-built the system so that we could add smart systems throughout the house and not experience any sluggishness. I'm very happy with the system and will recommend it to anyone looking for an upgrade.

Awesome mesh system

I was pretty skeptical at first regarding mesh systems. In this new home wifi signal dies by just going to the garage. With only 2 up had adequate coverage and 3, I don't think I have a deadzone anymore.
I also like the ability to bridge network ports directly as this helps allow for different equipment to be easily spread throughout the home while maintaining highspeeds.
Couldn't be any happier.
