Great product and excellent customer service

This misting fan works great - really great for those hot summer days in Arizona. The first misting fan I received did have an issue with the misting line and NewAir was so great to work with - they sent me a replacement fan and it arrived quickly and worked perfectly. I worked with Liz from Customer Service and she was extremely helpful. Highly recommend this fan and this company.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product - fits perfectly in my backyard

This is a great addition to the backyard BBQ area. Barbequing in the summer is fun, but standing in front of a hot grill when it is 90 degrees outside isn't! This fan makes it much cooler when I am outdoor cooking. The three speeds are great but the mister works best on high speed. The adjustable height is nice so I can use it when sitting down on the patio as well. Overall a great buy.

This is a great fan for the outdoors. I use it on my deck when I'm sitting outside and reading or having a meal. It helps to beat the heat in these Ohio sticky summers. And if the bugs are out, it can keep them at bay also. We leave it out all summer and then bring it in during the winter.

Like sitting in the shower....

Newair harassed me to fill out the review. Normally I try to avoid being negative. The unit uses your garden hose to spray water while the fan blows. Unfortunately this creates a bit of a rain effect to those sitting in range of the fan. There is too much water and difficult to stem the flow of heavy mist coming through the system. Even in arid Texas this is a bit much. I missed the return window (by a long shot) due to a remodel project so did not feel like going through the return battle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
