The perfect addition to our South Florida HOT patio

I am very impressed with the quality and the functionality of this fan. My small patio was lacking personality and it was neglected, mostly because we couldn't deal with the heat, especially in the summer months. This great addition makes the weather more bearable while we enjoy the dry air as well as the fine mist, making it our own little cool zone at home! Thanks, NewAir - Flavia @ Neat House. Sweet Home™

Excellent Fan That Moves Tons of Air & Water

Currently we use this fan without the misting feature as we only have indoor uses for it. That being said, this is an excellent fan! It really moves a ton of air and can be easily moved and directed wherever it is needed. In the early morning, we set it up next to an open door and it pulls cold air into the house very quickly. The fan is very well made and feels like it will last a lifetime. When I did test the misting, the fan pushed way too much water through the misting nozzles. In retrospect I should tried controlling the water flow using the included valve.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great fan ruined by a cheap part

The fan is great, well made with metal to last. Why would you put such effort into making a misting fan to last and then install a 5 cent piece of junk plastic valve? The valve leaks horribly and if you try to replace it with a good metal valve, you void the warranty on the whole fan. To top it off, you can't even locate a way to buy another cheap plastic replacement valve on your website. Great fan, completely ruined by one little cheap part.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this fan in May 2022 and have kept it in a covered patio. The fan has been used 3-4 times since. Recently, I plugged the fan in and it didn't turn on, just clicked. No response from new air.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
