Excellent fan and great company

Got my first fan about 8 months ago and couldn't be happier. Easy assembly, 4 bolts and the rest just snapped together. At one point,I thought I had a problem with the fan(but was user error) and the factory support was amazing. They were willing to go above and beyond to take care of me. I was seriously impressed. I rarely write reviews, but I believe that this one is warranted.

Great porch fan, blows away mosquitos

I bought the AF-600 misting fan is the middle of the summer, desperate for some relief on our back porch from our hot and humid Gulf Coast summers. I originally was attracted to the misting feature, but was most impressed by the strong fan power. The fan is strong enough to blow away the marsh mosquitos, which makes our back porch more usable throughout the year. I've had it for about 10 months now on our covered back porch and it has held up extremely well being just semi-protected from the elements. Highly recommended.

Nice slim design, sturdy and powerful

This fan fits well in my backyard with a nice design and color to it .. the brown is very pleasant and familiar in backyard furnitures and matches great .. the fan is very powerful and can be placed out of the way at a distance .. there are lots of misting nozzles too for a full mist effect / cooling effect .. the on off pull switch is easy to operate the various speeds .. and the oscillation pull/push knob on top is classic and easy to operate .. very solid metal fan overall ..
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great fan! Way better than zip tie DIY fans!

We use this to keep employees cool during the summer and they've been amazing to help with that. Their customer service is even better! One of our fans tipped over and bent the fan blade and they no questions asked sent a replacement blade for free! Do keep in mind that hard water will build up on the fans if used often, but a little vinegar will clean them right up. The spray heads are metal so they're easy to clean and maintain.
My only complaint might be that in heavy wind they can tip over, but a sand bag on the base fixed that and honestly isn't a big deal for the majority of people.
I would invest in some QC hose connectors to make setup a breeze!

We purchased this a year ago and my family loves it. In the summer, we use it every day. My kids especially like the misting element of the fan. We put it next to their kiddie pool and they just go to town.

Works great...especially in the AZ hear!

I had a bit of a challenge with the first misting that was sent but Ashley sent me a replacement and it works awesome! Very quiet and so useful on my patio. Just in time to keep us cool in the hot AZ summer!

Great in Arizona Heat

We have been going through record heat and literally the hottest summer on record and the NewAir Outdoor Misting Fan has allowed us to spend time in our yard with our energetic German Shepherd. My wife thinks I'm a genius for having purchased the misting fan. The fan has performed like a champ and when I needed support; the support was outstanding. Thank you
