Heats very quickly!

However, it sometimes shuts itself off if the controls get wet (like when I wipe it with a dishrag) and then it has to be dried before I can turn the burners back on. This is frustrating when trying to prepare a meal and clean as I go (because I often spill things while cooking).

Technology makes a big difference

My 1st induction cooktop and all I will ever own!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the electromagnetic induction features...faster heating than conventional electric cooktop, cooler surface than electric or gas cooktop, precise temperature control like gas without the open flame, induction cookware provides more even heating, and without burners that electric/ gas cooktops have, my induction cooktop is a breeze to clean!
