Great unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced a 27 year old cooktop with hard top raised plates with coils inside. This unit heats up in seconds, not minutes. Pans are ready to cook in 30 seconds or less. I was able to install the unit easily.

Love induction cooking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is the 36" which provides lots of room for pots and pans when cooking. The touch controls work great and cooking with induction is a new (a great) experience. The heat control is instant and bring pots up to temp is super quick.

Love my new Frigidaire Cooktop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 36" induction cooktop and its awesome! First time owner of induction and love cooking with it. Pans heat up quickly compared to previous standard electric cooktop and really like the controls. Easy to install and use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the electromagnetic induction features...faster heating than conventional electric cooktop, cooler surface than electric or gas cooktop, precise temperature control like gas without the open flame, induction cookware provides more even heating, and without burners that electric/ gas cooktops have, my induction cooktop is a breeze to clean!

Hopeful?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our cooktop for just over a month. It was a free upgrade due to the cooktop we ordered being on back-order. 1) required new pots & pans 2) after one use, began displaying an error code 3) after trip two, still not functioning and the person fixing it shared it could take two more trips because they will only send one of three possible replacement parts at a time. Not fun to be without a cooktop for close to 2 months....

Cooks Wonderful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace my gas cooktop. Reviewing and studying a lot of different cooktops, I decided on the Frigidaire Induction Cooktop. Cooking on this cooktop is absolutely great. I was worried about the cleaning of it but with the induction no food every burns on the burners outside your utensil because your burner only heats the pan size. Very easy to use and to bring anything to a boil is so quick with the Boiling Point. I am so glad I decided on this cooktop. Of course none of my cookware would work because they have to have to be magnetic for the burners to work. But I haven't had a new set of cookware in my 52 years of marriage so that was a plus for me. You can't go wrong with this cooktop. I love mine and hope it lasts a long time.
