[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this online and paid a great price for this cooktop. It has everything I have asked for - super quick to heat up and easy to clean. I bought an induction cooktop of another brand (more or less the same class) for a friend of mine and watching him using the cooktop I thought perhaps I should get one for myself.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this is a beauty and I am loving induction. I am getting use to the features; the lock is different from what I've known and seams tedious so far, but it is more just the change from what I know. The burners are all a Great size and its functional to have all 5 actually going at once! Thank you.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect fit. Works great. Installation was easy. Nothing cooks like induction. Saves space. Very clean.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first induction cooktop and I love the clean surface with the touch buttons. I have learned to heat the pan at 5 then start cooking. The "Power Boil" button is pretty cool, but I do find if it is a large pot, I have to push that more than once. Install was pretty simple and it has brackets that support it on the bottom.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using about a month and stove is exactly what I was hoping for. Easy to use and clean. Accurate temperature control. Took about a week to get used to induction cooking and now I am a big fan.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this for a few weeks and so far is working well. Looks very nice installed and I had it in in about 20 minutes. Easy to use a big improvement from a standard electrical cooktop. Great value compared to much more expensive induction cooktops.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went to induction about ten years ago and will never look back. Not only does induction heat faster than a standard electric or gas, it doesn't hear up the surrounding cooktop, and make for super easy cleanup. Pros: This cooktop was purchased to replace our GE induction that stopped working on one of the cooking zones. It fit perfectly. Looks nice and I believe heats up slightly faster than our old GE. Cons: I dislike that I have to turn on a power button first before turning on the burners, but it's not a huge deal. The Fridgidaire is a little louder than the GE (inductions hum). The 'burners' in the back are spaced a little closer to the middle burner. And every time I turn the power button on, the L appears and I have to unlock the cooktop before cooking anything.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my Frigidaire electric cooktop with this induction cooktop a month back. Installation took a little over 2 hours and most of the time was spent on electic connections due to lack of space on my counter top. It heats up significantly faster than its replacement, it senses the size of cookware as well as the material. If a non-iron cookware is used, it starts beeping and shuts down. It does make noise which was expected and I just need to get used it. Another thing is about the controls which are sensitive and I have easily changed the settings while trying to wipe. Overall I like the product and would recommend to anyone ready to try induction cooking.
