[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace my gas cooktop. Reviewing and studying a lot of different cooktops, I decided on the Frigidaire Induction Cooktop. Cooking on this cooktop is absolutely great. I was worried about the cleaning of it but with the induction no food every burns on the burners outside your utensil because your burner only heats the pan size. Very easy to use and to bring anything to a boil is so quick with the Boiling Point. I am so glad I decided on this cooktop. Of course none of my cookware would work because they have to have to be magnetic for the burners to work. But I haven't had a new set of cookware in my 52 years of marriage so that was a plus for me. You can't go wrong with this cooktop. I love mine and hope it lasts a long time.

It was a free upgrade due to the cooktop we ordered being on back-order. 1) required new pots & pans 2) after one use, began displaying an error code 3) after trip two, still not functioning and the person fixing it shared it could take two more trips because they will only send one of three possible replacement parts at a time. Not fun to be without a cooktop for close to 2 months....

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Three weeks into having this cook top and I like it more and more each day! There was a bit of a learning curve--still working on it--but after a few adjustments, it just keeps getting better and better. My one wish is that I feel there should have been some explanation of what "induction" meant. I had no clue and had to get new pots and pans. I just wish there had been a "heads up" before hand. Now that I am learning how it works, it's easy and fun to use--"Power Boil" is amazing!!

It is amazing how fast I can boil something when it is set on power boil. Clean-up is a whiz. I read somewhere that induction cooktops may make a noise when on, ours does not. We previously replaced our wall oven and microwave, both of which are Frigidaire. We are really sold on the brand.

A home chef’s dream

Fantastic cooktop

Performance it amazing on this cooktop - particularly the powerboil, which has already caused us to burn some meals because we're used to waiting much longer to get liquids to a boil! Great appliance, great price, and incredibly easy to install.
