Great Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third Cooktop from Frigidaire, the two previous ones lasted on average 7 years before starting to malfunction. We wanted to try an Induction cooktop and we couldn't be happier with our choice, the price was excellent and not only does the food cook faster, but it's very easy to clean, how hard it is to clean a slab of glass?

Wonderful stove top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a heavy stove top and easy to install as a retro fit. After installation and dressing the top i put a cast pot with about a quart of water in it and set the control to max power.
The water boiled in a minute. This gives new mean to fast. Wife did not like it before it was installed but took to using like a duck to water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It survived Thanksgiving use. The induction heat is even with my cookware (All-Clad). Cooktop is easy to clean. One thing i did notice is liquid spills over the touch surface has to be cleaned. Otherwise the salt in liquid cause Cooktop to think a control is being touched or cookwareis spinningmorethanone surface. Using a damp cooking towel to wipe any spills is affective. The surface under the cookware is nowhere near as hot as the cookware. You will still get popping from liquid evaporation underneath cookware as with heating elements under glass, but way easier to clean while cooking with induction.
