[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although we live the appearance of the refrigerator, the ice maker is a source of some frustration. It is too small ( low production ) snd will not work towards the end of the life of the filter. Before the refrigerator signals the end life of the filter, the ice maker stops working and there is no indication. We just run out of ice every time our family comes for a meal. Also I keep raising the refrigerator temperature, but my lettuce freezes every week. Hard to regulate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very impressed with the quality of craftsmanship in our Bosch refrigerator. Compared with other refrigerators I have owned, this one has a look and feel which is cleaner and tighter than others. It just has an overall appearance of being superior in quality. If not for some initial issues with the water and ice dispencer, the overall rating would have been 5 stars. However, the follow up service has been very good.

Excellent Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far no issues. Does an excellent job at maintaining temperature. The only thing that could be improved are the ice and water buttons. Sometimes difficult to get them to work.

Ice maker does not work after one week !

This is our second Bosh refrigerator in one month , the first one we got the fridge doesn't get cold at all but the vegetables drawer froze all my vegetables and fruits so we returned
With this second refrigerator delivered a week ago and it doesn't make ice after few days
We had been fans with Bosh brand for a long time and was so excited to finally get new fridge and now are very disappointed with Bosh brand specially at this time that is so hard make it through any phone call and then I'm not sure if I can have anyone come in the house to fix it during the corona virus ...

Annoying problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is good looking but has some major glitches. The closing of the door can be problematic as the left door has a panel on it and should be closed first. Several times I have heard the alarm because the right door is slightly ajar. This is so strange. The door should not do this. Also when the right door is open, the vegetable drawer cannot be pulled all the way out unless the left door is then opened. Also, the water dispenser is extremely odd. There is a sensor to touch but it always takes some feeling around to get the water to flow. I bought this refrigerator without seeing it first with the expectation that it would be great. I'm very disappointed with it. The door glitch is unforgivable! I'm so sorry that I purchased this Bosch refrigerator.
