Love It

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is just the right size for the two of us. Shelves are adjustable and the door shelves corral all the jars and bottles. A bit of a learning curve to make the right temperature adjustments. Stainless scratches easily-particularly when wearing rings. I would like the right hand door to close more securely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes this fridge is pretty... but it's had a few issues and we have only had it for a year. I was very surprised that a new Bosch appliance would need to be fixed a few times but I do like it otherwise. If you like to use ice then it's not for you it dosnt make enough and it's not fast to produce ice.

Cooler stops working every month

Great Refrigerator Terrible Ice Dispenser

We have owned our Bosch 800 Series refrigerator for about 2.5 years. Most everything about it works great. The lone exception is the ice dispenser, which brings the rating down. It is TERRIBLE! It self-jams multiple times every day, often with little ice in the bin. The problem seems to be the drive screw mechanism and delivery chute designs are mismatched. The drive brings much more ice to the front faster than the chute can deal with it, so it jams. This system needs to be redesigned so the 800 Series can be a very good, complete package.

Door Handles and Ice Machine

Had to have Ice machine repaired and finally replaced as ice would freeze in large chunks. Door handles snapped off

Excellent Bottom Freezer French Door Refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like this frig! I wasn't sure of the capacity when shopping for a new frig, but it fits everything I need. I like that it came with a plastic ice bin for the freezer. Very easy to dump ice from upper ice cube maker to freezer. Makes prep for parties easy. Shelves are adjustable which made it easy for me to set it up the way I need it. I would like there to be more light in the frig, but I've gotten used to the LED lights and not as much of an issue as when first got it. Love the in door water and ice.

Terrible Purchase

My husband and I paid extra when we built our house for the Bosch appliances thinking that we would be in for a treat when we moved it. We have been in our house for almost a year and we enjoy the range but the fridge, well, that's a different story. First of all, the buttons on the fridge to dispense the ice/water are awful. You have to push them multiple times for them to register your fingers. It's not practical to be holding a baby and trying to push and hold the water button-- you literally need two hands any time you need ice and/or water. Secondly, the ice machine is worse than any ice machine on any fridge I've ever used. It gets jammed up with ice weekly and ice comes shooting out of the ice dispenser from all different directions. So unless I'm holding my cup up directly to the dispenser, I have to pick up ice from the floor. We haven't even had this fridge for a year and we are already looking for something else. We had a much cheaper fridge in our previous house and we liked that one significantly more.
