Love, love,love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is designed for ease of use, from the slanted pull out drawers. Easy access to change the filter at the top of the refrigerator vs. at the bottom, the adaptable shelt to allow for versatility, the freezer storage with the thin pull out drawer and the lower spacious storage bins, the cleanly designed water and ice dispenser as well as the LED lighting. Very happy, such an improvement over my two door side by side refrigerator with coils underneath that had to be vacuumned. Love, love, love!

it seemed like it stopped for a bit , but has started up again , on a positive note the refrigerator is quiet and does seem to keep food fresh for longer periods of time. just wish we could get the water dispenser to stop dripping. Refrigerator was delivered march 12, 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like my new fridge but it seems like it is a bit smaller than I had anticipated. I do LOVE the freezer with the two inner drawers. It was pricier than I expected it to be, but we bought Bosch because we were told the customer service was excellent. Let's pray I never need to find that out.

Just One Really Irritating Issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for about 3 years. One time the ice maker stopped working. Befor the repair person got here I added store bought store bought ice to the bucket and after that it started making ice again (?). The issue that bothers me the most is with the water and ice dispenser. You have to press the button then release it and then wait a full second before pressing it again before it will dispense. It may sound petty but the wait makes no sense. Its like you have to wake it up first.

Great fridge ... not a fan of the technology!

The touch technology is iffy, the alarm will go off for no reason and then not work when the fridge is open for too long! The fridge works great, but the technology is iffy!

Goodbye Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced 5-year "young" Samsung fridge after years of repairs of the well-known Samsung defective fridge fiasco. I replaced with Bosch after being so impressed with my Bosch dishwasher (also replaced Samsung). This fridge makes ice like a champ and is truly an attractive fridge. I will continue replacing my Samsung appliances with Bosch based on these two experiences.

Nice refrigerator, plenty of room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying the fridge, this icemaker takes up less room than our previous one did. The deep shelves in the door take a lot of different condiments and such, which is helpful for us as we have so many. Nice bright lights and easy to open and close doors. The stainless surface is really great looking and does resist prints. My only complaint would be the buttons on the control panel for the ice and water are a little bit difficult, you really have to press hard to make the ice and water dispense. That said, they work well when you depress them.
