Nice fridge, the ice/water dispenser needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is a good fridge, it's quiet, and roomy. The only complaint I have is with the Ice/Water dispenser, the buttons are a bit difficult to push, and do not always detect a push which leads to waiting a few seconds, releasing and pushing again. Since there is a delay in the button press, and the engagement of the mechanism, this can be annoying. Also, there is no or very little tactile feedback on the buttond to indicate if you have properly pushed it, so I find myself pushing them quite hard.
Also, there is no index on the tray to indicate where the water and ice will be dispensed. Guests will typically put the cup in the wrong spot, and spill water or ice on the floor. An indicator on the tray would be great.
I don't use the ice/water dispenser too much though, so I only removed one star from an otherwise 5 star review.

Great refrigerator except for the alarm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like this refrigerator in every respect with the exception of the alarm. It can go off when we haven't been near it for hours. If you turn the alarm off, then it locks the panel.
sometimes when you get ice and then water, the panel will lock. The repairman came by yesterday and says it needs a new panel board.

Fix the water/ice dispenser!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator in Dec. 2019. The buttons for water/ice do not work well. You have to push & push again to get them to work - and you need two hands - one to hold glass & one to push buttons. Stupid design. And the ice maker makes very little ice - when it works. Not happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason I bought this was mostly the size. I find I love the extra drawers in the fridge and also the freezer. The problem I have is the ice maker, it;s hard to use and clogs easily!

Good product has some problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bosch refer/freezer is a good refer/freezer, it keeps things cold in the refer and keeps them frozen in the freezer. But the icemaker has signficant problems. The ice is dispensed very fast and ithe dispenser is VERY noiser. The switch controlling the ice dispenser is very unpredictable. One time you can push the icon on the bar and it works correctly, but most times you have to hunt from one end of the bar to the other to find the magic spot to get it to work. The control unit has already been replaced once (about a month after we got the unit). The replacement is now doing the same thing.

Bosch fridge 800 series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I've really enjoyed my 800 series. The convenience lights are so convenient. The glass shelves make spills a breaker to clean.
The deep freezer drawer makes for lots of frozen storage.
The whole family is happy with the 800 series fridge. My kids really enjoy the in door water. I'm glad to have the water filter for our health.
